First-Time Manager Foundations
First-Time Manager Foundations is a practical leadership and management course designed to help new managers move confidently from individual contribution to leading through others. Learners will master the core operating skills required to set direction, plan work without micromanaging, delegate effectively, run high-impact 1:1s, give behavior-changing feedback, manage performance fairly, make decisions, resolve conflict, build psychological safety, lead inclusively, and guide teams through change.
By the end of this course, learners will be able to create clarity, establish team cadence, communicate with confidence, improve accountability, support team growth, and build a healthy management rhythm that drives measurable business outcomes.
