Two offers as a fresher: bigger service company (higher CTC) vs a small product startup (lower pay, more ownership). What would you pick?

The difference is roughly ₹2 LPA. The startup has about 30 people and seems well-funded, though I can’t verify much. The service company offers stability and a structured training programme. My family prefers the stable one; I’m leaning startup.
